Completing the LPA master planned Hesperia Civic Center, this 40,000-square-foot, two-story police facility with an Emergency Operating Center capability includes patrol and investigations services, evidence storage and handling, and secured parking for 285 staff and department vehicles. The site also features a 2,100-square-foot construction maintenance and storage building. This project acheived LEED NC Gold Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
